Globus Connect Server self-diagnostic
Description
The globus-connect-server self-diagnostic command runs several utilities to record the configuration and operation of Globus Connect Server on the current node. This utility is used during Globus support tickets to collection information necessary in troubleshooting issues. The output of this command should be included in support tickets when requested. It can be run once per node in the endpoint.

Include the json configuration (including private policies) of the collection indicated by the parameter. If the parameter is "all", then data for all collections is included; otherwise, the parameter is the UUID of the collection to include. If the given collection is a guest collection, information about the mapped collection used to create it is also included. If any collections are included, then the json configuration of the storage gateway associated with the collection is also included in the output. Note that this option requires the caller to have logged in with the globus-connect-server login command prior to running this command and that they have an identity which has an endpoint owner or administrator role on the endpoint being diagnosed.
