Storage Connector Usage Guides
These documents cover how to use various storage types with an already-configured Globus Collection.
If you are a user of Globus, you may be interacting with Collections and Endpoints created for you by an admin. In these cases, it is the admin’s responsibility to setup the Collection correctly so that your credentials can be used to access data.
However, Globus still needs you, the end user, to provide your credentials so that the Collection can access data on your behalf.
For example, you may have Google Drive storage containing files which your Google account can access. Your admin provides a Google Drive Collection, but your admin doesn’t have access to the same files which you have. You still need to sign in so that Globus can access your files.
These guides cover using these types of Collections.
